Once you’ve completed the 2026 Waiver, there is no need for duplication unless specifically requested
Please Note: The Acera waiver is a required document form our Insurance provider and MUST be signed annually to complete your membership.
Should you choose NOT to sign the waiver documents, you will not be permitted to participate in BCHBC sanctioned events involving equines or outdoor field activities (work bees).
The Waiver document is easier to view and complete from a computer or laptop.

Island Residents – If you are intending to camp at the Spruston site that is manage by the Central Vancouver Island Chapter, it is recommended to have a copy of your waiver document to assist with verification (there is no cell service available onsite).
