IMPORTANT NOTES:

1.   Unless you are on the RV or Set-up Committee, please do not arrive before noon on Thursday

2.  There is NO CELL SERVICE at the venue, please plan accordingly!

3. There will be credit card payment available for your silent auction purchases.

4. There is No drinking water- there IS water for horses, but NOT for human use/consumption, please bring your own water for the weekend.

5.  Washrooms are all portables throughout the site. There are no shower facilities.

Volunteer Roster – We Need Your Help!

Rendezvous offers a great opportunity for our members to get involved, meeting members from all over the Province, by volunteering a few hours of their time to make RV 2026 another great success.

Volunteering for one or more of these positions presents a great way for the general membership to say “thank you” and allow the hardworking RV Committee, your Chapter & Provincial Executives, a moment to catch their breath and enjoy the weekend as well!

If there is an opening(s) you would be willing to take on, contact Claudia Zamprogno and she will register you for the openings of your choice.  Do consider offering your time wherever you can, remember –  many hands make light work!

We wish to offer a big round of applause and a very sincere thank you to the following Donators for this years “Live Auction” event which will follow Saturday nights dinner.

Help us get ahead of things!  If you are bringing anything for the SILENT AUCTION  it would be greatly appreciated if you would take a moment and contact Carolyn at cdscott8@shaw.ca to inform her what you are bringing, along with estimated value so items can be pre-catalogued.

What’s included with your RV weekend pass?

• camping Thursday, Friday, Saturday – please arrive no earlier than Thursday (28th) afternoon.  Horse accommodations are extra.
• participation in all education and entertainment events, excluding private lessons booked with individual clinicians
• lineup includes: knots workshop, equine first-aid demo, poet’s roundtable, cowboy poetry competition, open mic evening, packing workshop, pack race, dutch oven dessert bake off, mounted games, One-Minute Club, 50/50 draw, and horsemanship demos by Carleigh Jensan and Bo Price
• Trail riding opportunities, with scavenger hunt and complimentary refreshment stand on the trail
• Friday “Appy Hour”!  As a Chapter, please prepare an appy to share at the social tent circle
• Friday potluck – please bring a family sized dish to share
• Saturday catered dinner of a Mexican buffet
• Saturday evening live band “The Blue Wranglers” with a dance caller!
• Sunday provided breakfast from food truck/concession
• Food truck on site for purchasing Friday & Saturday breakfast & lunch
• Shopping opportunties with vendors and the silent auction fundraiser (donations of new &/or gently used items gratefully accepted)
• Tech free weekend with a great group of like-minded folks!
• Volunteering at the event is a great way to meet new friends- sign up coming soon!
• Please note there is no cell service at the venue!

Horses at RV!

Accommodation:

• There are 50 pens (12×12 panels) available for rent @ $50/horse for the weekend FCFS – SOLD OUT
• There are 10 “bring-your-own highline campspots available, with room for 2 horses on each.  $30/horse for the weekend FCFS  (note a highline spot will be for one “family”, 2nd spot on highline will not be sold to strange horse, even if you are only bringing one horse)  SOLD OUT
• There are 80 spots available for self panelling @ $30/horse for the weekend FCFS
• All fees INCLUDE a $10 cleaning fee going to a local group for fundraising
