2021/06/02 From  BCHBC  North Vancouver Island Chapter near Comox COVID restrictions have put a damper on events and activities for local nonprofits and recreational organizations, and the Back Country Horsemen of BC’s North Vancouver Island  chapter (BCHBC-NVI) is no exception.
